This is a part-time position that provides supervision of the Clintonwood Park pickleball
courts, Monday-Friday, 4PM-9PM as the department transitions to a first come first serve
policy to a courtesy play, rotation policy. The individual in this capacity has specific duties
relative to their job, in addition to, the general rules, policies, procedures, and expectations
of the Department.
The ideal candidate is at least 18 years old and possess a basic understanding of the game of
pickleball or will become familiar with the game upon hiring. CPR/First Aid Certification is
preferred, but training could be provided. Candidate must be able to stand and walk through
the duration of their daily shift; occasionally required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 25lbs.
• Greet and welcomes patrons to the courts.
• Capacity to talk, engage, and interact in a positive manner with court users and park
patrons.
• Answers questions and provides clarity of the Courtesy Play rotation policy.
• Provide their direct supervisor with daily site supervisor reports.
• Visible and “active” on site.
• Always maintains a professional demeanor and attitude.
