Position Summary
Now hiring seasonal supervisors at The Cascades. Qualified candidates must be a minimum of 18 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, and available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends & holidays. Must have effective communication skills, ability to do simple math, read/follow instructions, and the ability to work independently. Must pass a criminal background check.
Position Description
Under the supervision of the Cascades Manager, serves as a shift supervisor to guest attendants to manage the daily operations of The Cascades. Responsible for nightly financial records and supervising staff.

Typical duties include but are not limited to:
1. Oversee the daily operations of the guest attendants. Supervise staff in the areas of concession, gate, splash pad, and entertainment.
2. Responsible for and including overseeing the receipting and accounting of all revenues, and preparing deposits.
3. Overseeing entertainment and characters for Wednesday Family Night Shows.
4. Responds to and resolves complaints of customers.

Physically active position; hours range from 30 - 40 hours per week
This position requires walking, bending, lifting, reaching, pulling, and pushing. May require operation of cash register, warming and heating equipment.
