Seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Recreation Weekend Supervisor.
Schedule:
Two weekends each month, Friday 5 pm-9 pm, Saturday 9 am-6 pm, and Sunday 1 pm-5 pm.
Availability is also needed to cover other shifts on a fill-in basis as needed, including other weekends and weeknights, 5 pm-9 pm.
Responsible for supervising part-time Recreation Leaders and part-time Recreation Assistants as well as ensuring the facility us up to standard and promoting a safe environment. This position will provide coverage for part-time Weekend Supervisor as well as part-time Athletic Coordinator.
Ensure the safety and well-being of participants by enforcing rules and guidelines during activities. Maintain equipment and supplies used for recreational programs. Light housekeeping, general upkeep and cleanliness of all facility areas. Assist in promoting programs and events to community members through various channels. Provide excellent customer service and engage with participants to enhance their experience.
