City of Atlantic Beach is now accepting permit applications online!

Contractors, will need to Create an Account on BS&A Online. After you create and activate your account, you will need to link your account using the email we have on file or the unique PIN number provided by the City. Please contact The City of Atlantic Beach to link your account.

Note: If you already have a username on BS&A Online, you can use that same account and link using the PIN provided by the City.
