Contractors:
All contractors must register for a BS&A Online account to submit permits and access online services.
If you are a new user, please click here to create an account. If you already have a BS&A Online account, you do not need to create a new one.
Before you can access City of Chicago Heights records and services, your BS&A Online account must be linked to your contractor profile using your unique Web PIN. The City must complete this one-time account linkage.
To obtain your Web PIN or request account linkage, you may:
- Submit a linkage request through the BS&A Online portal, or
- Contact the City's Building Department directly for assistance.
Owner Occupied individuals who are 65 years or older can apply for permits at a discounted rate. Homeowner must submit a copy of their Government Issued ID when applying for a permit.
