Welcome to Country Club Hills, IL online permit application portal!

Contractors: Your license must be active (not expired) and you must have a current Certificate of Insurance on file with the City to be able to apply online. If you are not currently registered or need to renew your registration, download and complete the Contractor Registration Form and email it to buildingdept@countryclubhills.org.


All Contractors are required to create an account and will be assigned a web PIN with BS&A Online and link to Country Club Hills, IL. You will be prompted to link your account when you click Apply for a Permit. To receive your PIN# please reach out to rparker@countryclubhills.org and buildingdept@countryclubhills.org. Please provide Company name, number and email address used to create your account.
