If you are creating an account, the City of Lakeville MUST LINK your name record or provide you with a Web pin. Verify the homeowner information. If it is not correct, please contact the City (952) 985-4440 prior to proceeding with any online permit application. 

CONTRACTORS: All Contractors MUST REGISTER for a BS&A Online Account. If you are creating a new account or have an existing one, Lakeville MUST LINK your Contractor name record or provide you with a Web Pin to create your account. Help with your account, including information on linking multiple users to the same contractor account can be found at the "Contractor Learning Center" linked in the upper right of this page.
