Homeowner Application for Permit

Homeowners are recommended to create a BS&A Online Account, but not required. By creating an online account, owners will have the ability to correspond online with the Village of Cary's Community Development Department, modify application request, and schedule or cancel inspections online.


Design Professionals, Contractors, or agents for the owner, must create a BS&A Online Account. The account MUST BE LINKED by the Village of Cary. You can request account linkage and the Village can provide you with a unique PIN upon account registration.


Please verify homeowner information when starting the permit application request. If the owner information that is auto-populated is not correct, please contact the Village of Cary's Community Development Department at (847) 639-1100 prior to proceeding with your online application.
