Welcome to the Town of Melbourne Beach's online Building and Permit application page. Applicants may apply and pay for permits by following the instructions below. Addition, Alteration, and New Construction permits must be applied for in person at the Town of Melbourne Beach Building Department.

Contractors must be registered with Brevard County and have current state license information on file.
