It is recommended that you create an account to access all functions in the portal for permit submitals.

After an account is created, please call the Village for your WEB Pin to link the account to the Village of Elburn.


Always verify property owner information. If any property information needs to be updated, please contact the Village.


*** CONTRACTORS ***


Contractors, if you already have an account and you are submitting a permit to the Village for the first time, contact the Village for a WEB Pin to link your account to the Village of Elburn.


If you do not have BS&A Online Account, you MUST create one & LINK your account to the Villlage.

Note that if you are a contractor and you already have a BS&A Online Account, you do not need to register for a new account for the Village of Elburn unless you choose to do so. However, you MUST LINK your account to the Village with a WEB Pin, provided by Village of Elburn upon request.
