Once your application is received, it will be reviewed for completeness. If any further information is needed, our office will contact you. Small projects typically take 5 business days to process. Larger projects may take up to 15 business days to process. While the system will send email updates throughout the process, we will call you to let you know when your permit is ready to be paid for and picked up.
Please note that pre-planning permit fees are assessed as application fees upon application submittal. Payment is not a guarantee of application acceptance.
All new construction and zoning process applications require a pre-planning meeting with staff prior to submitting applications. Please call 765-983-7341 to schedule your meeting.
