HOMEOWNERS:
Homeowners are recommended to create a BS&A Online Account, but not required. If you are creating an account, your account MUST BE LINKED by the City of Lockport. Please verify homeowner information when starting the permit application request. If owner information is not correct, please contact the City of Lockport Building Department at (815) 836-0549.


CONTRACTORS:
Contractors MUST REGISTER for a BS&A Online Account. If you are creating a new account or having an existing one, the City of Lockport MUST LINK your Contractor name record or provide you with a Web Pin. Please CLICK HERE to create a new account. If you have an existing BS&A Online Account, you do not need to create a new one. The City MUST LINK your current account with your unique PIN from the cities database.

ALL CONTRACTORS MUST HAVE A VALID REGISTRATION ON FILE WITH THE CITY OF LOCKPORT IN ORDER TO APPLY ONLINE.
