Welcome to Harrison Charter Township's online permit application portal! To apply for a permit online, please read the information below:
Contractors must be registered with the Township prior to applying for a permit. If you are a registered Contractor, please create an account to apply for a permit online. After you have created your account, contact us for your PIN to link your account. Homeowners do not need to create an account on BS&A Online to apply for a permit.
All online applications must have a complete, legible PDF of the applicable Permit Application uploaded in the Add Attachments step. All permit applcations can be found on our website. If you have any questions, please call the Harrison Township Building Department at (586) 466-1430 or email buildingdept@harrisontownshipmi.gov.
IMPORTANT: BUILDING PERMITS REQUIRE BONDS. THE BOND AND BOND ADMIN FEE WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR INVOICE AFTER YOU SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION.
