Contractors must be registered with the Township prior to applying for a permit. If you are a registered Contractor, please create an account to apply for a permit online. After you have created your account, contact us for your PIN to link your account. Homeowners do not need to create an account on BS&A Online to apply for a permit.
All online applications must have a complete, legible PDF of the applicable Permit Application uploaded in the Add Attachments step. All permit applcations can be found on our website. IMPORTANT: BUILDING PERMITS REQUIRE BONDS. THE BOND AND BOND ADMIN FEE WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR INVOICE AFTER YOU SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION.
