Permits can be applied for online using this portal. Contractors must create an account and log in to apply for permits. Your BSA Online account needs to be linked to a Contractor Record in Poplar Grove's database. To link your online account you'll need a web pin from Poplar Grove or if the email used to create your Online Account is the same email listed on the Poplar Grove's Contractor record, you can link yourself when creating the account.
