Permit Counter

• The Permit Counter closes at 4:00 PM daily (Monday - Friday).

PLEASE NOTE: FIRE INSPECTIONS OF ANY TYPE CANNOT BE SCHEDULED THROUGH THE ONLINE SYSTEM. YOU MUST CALL 407-877-5175, extension 6399 TO SCHEDULE FIRE INSPECTIONS.

We are now able to accept permit payments online!

Please note, this only applies to newer permits.

You will still need to print your permit package and post on the jobsite prior to your first inspection.

Inspection requests:

BS&A automatically schedules for Tuesday any inspection requested over the weekend . If you would like inspections for Monday, you will need to schedule the inspection no later than Friday by 11:59PM.

Please Note: If your permit was issued prior to 02/03/2025, to schedule inspections you will have to make the following modifications to your permit number (underlined and bold): For example, a single family home permit number 24-6789 would be modified to: Building: BPNS24-06789; Electric: EPS24-06789; Mechanical: MPS24-06789; Plumbing: PPS24-06789; Gas: GPSF24-06789. Note: These example prefix letters are for single family only.

To access the prefix letters for other existing permit types, you will have to create an account (requires the web pin that was emailed to the primary email address on file). Once the account has been created, you may login to access all updated permit numbers under your company.

Please Note: To schedule trade inspections, you will need to use each of the listed prefixes for each trade, as each trade must be scheduled independently under the new system.
