Welcome to the City of East Point's online inspection scheduling portal.
Login is required to schedule an inspection. You can make a request for an inspection Monday through Friday by clicking, Sign In. Once signed in, click "Schedule an Inspection" on the left. Enter the permit number below and click next to schedule.
All required documents shall be uploaded in the BS&A System at the time the inspection request is entered. If you are submitting Engineer Letters, pictures or any other supporting document with your inspection request, the documents must be submitted as attachments at the time of submittal, otherwise another Inspection request must be submitted.
Be advised that NO APPOINTMENT TIMES are given for any inspections, the window is from 9:00 - 3:30 PM.
To check the status of inspections, no login is required. Enter the address in the search bar above and change the search from "All Records" to "Building Department." Click "Search," find the permit, go to the inspection in question, and click view to see the results..
NOTE! Certificate of Completions, Residential Certificate of Occupancies and Commercial Certificate of Occupancies must be applied for separately - an application must be submitted and fee must be paid for these Certificates. If you have not already applied for these, please go to "Apply for Permit" under the Building Department heading to the left.
