If you would like to apply for a different permit than shown above, please fill out the applicable Building Permit Application and submit it to Manhattan Village Hall located at 260 Market Pl, Manhattan, IL 60442. If you have any questions, please email building@villageofmanhattan.org.
Contractors: You must be linked to our system to apply for permits online. If you do not have a BS&A Online account, click the 'Click here if you are a COntractor/Design Professional' button below to create your account. You will receive an email to activate your account. After activating your account, email building@villageofmanhattan.org to request your PIN number to link the to Village of Manhattan.
