As a resident user, you can claim up to five properties at no charge. After searching for the desired property, select the Claim it as your property on the property's webpage.
As a resident user, you can use the search bar on the BS&A Online homepage to search by Address, Name, and Parcel Number. Additionally, users can perform an Advanced Records Search where they can drill down further using application specific searches.
