<b>Welcome to the new City of Mount Dora BS&A Online portal. </b> -Enter your account number and pin. You must enter 6 digits before the hyphen and 6 digits after the hyphen. If your account number does not have 6 digits in each section then you will need to add zeros. For example, 000123-000456. -Your account number and pin will remain the same. However, if your previous pin was more than 8 characters, it will be shortened to the first 8 characters. -If you do not know your pin number, or you need it reset, contact the city's Customer Service department at (352) 735-7105.
